2. Service Description

BioSynth provides lead generation services, including but not limited to:

• AI-powered prospect identification and qualification
• Online advertising campaign management
• Social network integration and analytics
• CRM integration and lead scoring
• Campaign management and optimization

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the pricing plan selected. Pricing ranges from $30 to $100 per qualified lead, depending on the service tier and specific requirements. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads delivered meet the qualification criteria agreed upon in your service agreement. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or issue a credit to your account.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The BioSynth platform, including all software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when setting up your account
• Use leads in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Comply with anti-spam and data protection regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

BioSynth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability, and we will provide advance notice when possible.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
